STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

LINGUA IT, Italian language school, provides a fully co-ordinated ACCOMMODATION SERVICE for students during their stay in Verona and can offer assistance with any queries they may have concerning this or any other everyday need.

Please note: In the rare event that a student’s primary accommodation request cannot be met LINGUA IT will organise alternative accommodation of comparable price and type.

Students can choose from the following the accommodation option that best suits their needs.

Stay with a Host Italian Family:

Students have the opportunity to live with a host Italian family during their stay in Verona. They will be given a fully-furnished room in the family’s home located in the centre (or just outside) Verona. This accommodation option gives students a unique chance to experience first-hand, real Italian family life and is a wonderful way to make new friends and immerse yourself in the Italian language. All host families have been thoroughly screened by LINGUA IT and selected only if they are welcoming, friendly and have clean, well-appointed, ample-sized rooms on offer. In many cases, it is possible for students to re-negotiate the accommodation costs in exchange for small services such as babysitting or language lessons (with many locals interested in improving their English, Spanish, French, German and other language skills).

Share Apartments:

For students who prefer to remain self-reliant during their stay in Verona, LINGUA IT has a selection of share apartments available for rent. These apartments, of varying sizes, have all been thoroughly inspected and selected only if they meet a strict regiment of criteria. Each is clean, fully-furnished, with all amenities in working order and includes utilities (gas, water, electricity) as well as the use of a kitchen. Students who prefer this accommodation option, will share the apartment with other local Italians or students from LINGUA IT. Tenants are obliged to clean and order the apartment before they leave.

Hotels, Pensiones, Boarding Houses or B&Bs (Bed & Breakfast)

All the hotels, pensiones, boarding houses and B&Bs recommended by LINGUA IT have been thoroughly inspected by the school’s staff and selected on the basis of their cleanliness, spaciousness and welcoming atmosphere.

Please Note: Students are able to move into their accommodation the day prior to the commencement of their language course (ie: the Sunday preceding their first day of classes). They are required to leave their lodgings before Midday the day after their last class (ie: the Saturday after their final lesson).

       » Private room: Prices start from € 150,00 (plus € 100,00 per week for an extra person)

HOTELS AND PENSIONES (Prices are per person, per day)

LINGUA IT reserves the right to alter a student’s accommodation booking if required to an alternative option of comparable price and type.
